Peanut Butter & Jelly on an Almond Flour Wrap
One of my favorites since I was a kid is a good PBJ. So with a healthier diet I re-invented this treat either for a snack or a dessert.
Almond wraps need to be warmed up for them to soften and honestly to taste good so this can be accomplished either for a minute in the toaster or in a warm dry pan on the stove. Be careful to watch as you warm up since they will get crispy pretty quickly. This will be useful though when i post about other almond flour wrap recipes!
Then add your favorites:
Almond or Organic Peanut Butter
Teaspoon of jelly - low sweetened if available - Trader Joes carries this in my area
Coconut whip cream - just a little for added indulgence
Fold or roll and enjoy! I love this with a glass of unsweetened almond milk.
